Technical Operations Manager

Technical Operations Manager Analyze the technical needs of the business unit to develop new technological solutions to operations; Expand the areas of the Essencis through the search and implementation of new technologies; Optimize the new technological solutions by applying local demands; Develop technologies already deployed in Essencis seeking continuous improvement and high operational and financial performance; Deploy where applicable, new operations and / or new services, environmental solutions in the industry through mobile units on site or technologies; Establish and maintain procedures traceable to the different stages of the process, through monitoring of this process and participation in weekly meetings with the areas involved; To ensure the implementation of quality systems, environmental management and security based on the last official version available; Organize and coordinate internal and external audits of quality systems and environmental management to meet all requirements thereof; Propose and monitor performance indicators of operational areas; Follow the evolution of quality systems based on performance indicators; Ensure the operational unit of complying with standards of quality and safety, as well as optimal use of appropriate resources; Supporting the local commercial / costs in setting the technical content of proposals; Ensure standards of care and quality of waste / final product with customers / suppliers in accordance with the standards of quality pre-established; Implement operational activities, including defining necessary corrections as well as monitor the effectiveness of improvements or innovations implemented; Manage compliance with the requirements of the monitoring programs of the Unit; Ensure compliance transport legislation of dangerous products and other tax aspects relevant through inspection of the suitability of vehicles, packaging charges and tax documentation, if applicable; Develop QSMA along with the emergency plan and the implementation of emergency support internal and external; Manage resources to support operational continuity within the unit, such as maintenance, security, laboratory, etc.; To encourage, establish and maintain a good relationship with the community, environmental organizations and monitoring bodies. Prepare Budget and control of the area; Train and monitor the performance of employees. Time of Experience: 7 years Education / Specialization: Higher Education in Engineering or Geology. Specialization: Production Process / Production Engineering. Language: English Intermediate Technical Qualifications: Knowledge of waste treatment and remediation systems; relevant legislations. Domain on tools and certifications: ISO 9001 / ISO 14001/HOSAS 18001/ PNQ / LEAN MANUFACTURING.
